01 / Overview

One system for the full job lifecycle

MOBIS installs renewable energy systems. The company needed one place to carry a job from the first phone call through sales, site survey, grants and installation to handover and warranty service.

The resulting CRM brings more than fifty modules into a shared system and keeps every stage attached to the same job record instead of to a file on somebody's computer.

Side-by-side comparison of the original spreadsheet and the CRM lead screen. The same sales operation before and after: one spreadsheet copy against one shared record

02 / Challenge

Sales operations had outgrown spreadsheets

Leads, appointments and job status lived in separate spreadsheet copies. Every sales representative kept their own version, company names were entered differently each time, and the same registration number could exist in two forms.

Only the person who saved a file last could say which copy was current. Before a job reached the technician on site, its information had already been retyped by hand several times.

03 / Approach

Move the record, not the data

Lead, site survey, quotation, contract, grant, installation and handover stay in one job record that moves forward instead of being retyped. The system searches out new opportunities itself and assigns them to sales representatives by region. Appointments synchronise both ways with Google Calendar, so a meeting agreed in the field is immediately in the CRM. Contracts are signed through DocuSign directly from the job detail and the signed document returns to the same record. Installations are tracked from survey to handover with technician, date, materials and photographic documentation, while an AI assistant answers a question about contract terms with the relevant passage rather than a list of files on a disk. The project is covered by a non-disclosure agreement, so this case study stays within what BeCode has published; every screen shown here comes from that published product demo and uses synthetic data.

04 / Results

In daily use and still growing

The same record now continues from the first contact through warranty service. Commission calculations use data the CRM already holds, which removed the monthly spreadsheet export, and modules continue to be added according to what the company actually needs.

  1. 50+

    Modules in one system

Sales, calendars, contracts, installations, grants, commissions, servicing and documentation are managed in one CRM.

  2. 07

    Job stages in one record

Lead, site visit, quote, contract, grant, installation and handover stay connected instead of being retyped.

  3. Since 2023

    In daily operation

Three years of continuous use, with modules still being added as the company grows.
